I’ve had the privilege of attending a handful of weddings in France. The rhythm of those events was slow, intentional, and full of joyful surprises. The richness and quality of the food drink, and delight of the guests inspired me to start Eau De Vie, with this attitude toward intentional celebration.

I believe that what makes a good cocktail great lies in the quality of its ingredients. With a strong background in craft cocktail preparation, ingredient knowledge, and bar organization, paired with years of experience in diverse hospitality settings, we bring both technical skill and genuine hospitality to each event.
